As our Company grows, having accurate and current data to help us manage our human capital is critically important to our business. Workday will allow us to create a global single system of record for TSM data that supports our business structure. Workday will enable global workforce reporting and analysis and allow standardization of practices (job titles, salary, administration) with regional/global visibility.
How will Workday benefit our TSMs?
TSMs will be able to enter data about themselves including their education, outside work history, languages and contact information. In addition, they will have direct access to view job information including the organizations they belong to, their management chain, job title, and other details.
How will Workday benefit our Managers?
Managers will have the same functionality as TSMs and more! They will have direct access to view and maintain all job-related HR information for the TSMs they manage including the ability to view detailed compensation data in one place. Managers will be able to initiate, review, and approve HR transactions (transfers, promotions, adjustments, etc.) previously processed using paper forms and will be able to easily track the status of all transactions submitted. Managers will also have access to reporting, analytics, and dashboards to help them run their businesses.
