Individual Goal (MBO) Setting for TSMs
When to Use This Guide
Use this document to guide you through adding Individual Goals (MBO).
- Access your Workday Inbox and locate your Goal Setting form
- Click Get Started
- Click Add
- Enter a Goal Name (Required)
- Enter a Goal Description (Required)
- Enter a Weighting (Required)
- The total of your individual goal weightings must be 100%
- If you would like to enter another goal, repeat steps 3 through 6
- Click Submit
- Once submitted, it will go to your manager to approve
*Please Note: Goals are not considered final until they are approved by the second level manager. TSMs will not be able to track in progress comments until approved.
Access the Talent and Performance application on your homepage to view your bonus details
*In the case of newly eligible HSIP Participants, there might be a slight delay in viewing your Functional Financial Goals (FFGs) and Section Weights
To see where your goals are in the approval process, click the Talent and Performance application on your homepage, then click Reviews under the Talent and Performance list to the right.
