Goal Setting and Change Reports

When to Use This Guide

Use this document to guide you through helpful goal reports in Workday. These reports are specific to TSMs on the Henry Schein Incentive Plan, Team Schein Incentive Plan, and the Henry Schein One % Plan. Ensuring your team’s goal setting and change forms are completed in a timely manner is critical to the performance management process. Forms are due to be completed 30 days after launched. Forms must be completed for the TSM’s goals to display in the Talent and Performance App and to begin tracking progress on their goals.

Checking the status of your team’s goal setting and change forms

  1. Login to Workday
  2. Click on the Team Performance App
  3. View the Goal Setting Status Chart
    • Click on the blue number under the In Progress column to see the detail of the incomplete forms
      • You may export the details to Excel by clicking on the Export to Excel icon
    • Follow up with any TSM or Manager that has a goal form awaiting their approval

Please note, incomplete forms may cause a delay in a TSM receiving their bonus payout.

Reviewing your team’s Individual Goals (MBO)

  1. Login to Workday
  2. Click on the Team Performance App
  3. Click on RPT Goal Setting Details under the Reports Available section
  4. Enter your name in the Organizations prompt
  5. Click the Include Subordinate Organizations checkbox to include all TSMs that report into you
  6. Click Ok
  7. You may export the details to Excel by clicking on the Export to Excel icon
