Exporting Salary Planning Grid to Excel
When to Use This Guide
Use this document to guide you through exporting your Salary Planning Grid to Excel. It is helpful to download your Grid so you may track any changes that may have been made by your Management Chain.
The Primary Manager instructions are for Managers that have direct reports who are all individual contributors.
The Manager of Managers instructions are for Managers that have direct reports who are also managers of others and will be completing a Salary Planning Grid.
Exporting a Salary Planning Grid as a Primary Manager
- Access your Workday inbox
- Locate the Salary Planning Grid in your Workday inbox
- Click on the Export to Excel icon in the upper righthand corner
- Click Download
Exporting a Salary Planning Grid to Excel as a Manager of Managers
- Access your Workday inbox
- Locate the Salary Planning Grid in your Workday inbox
- Click on the Magnifying Glass icon on the View column
- Click on the Export to Excel icon in the upper righthand corner
- Click Download
Please note: This will export all salary recommendations for TSMs that roll up to you.
