About Workday

Workday is a state-of-the-art Human Capital Management System that allows 24/7 web-based access to manage our most important asset — our TSMs. Workday is the single system of record for tracking global TSM workforce data which will support our business structure.

Workday delivers TSM self-service to maintain personal data, such as address, as well as insight into job-related information (i.e., job details). TSMs who are managers will also be able to submit and approve TSM-related transactions online.

Workday is also mobile! It can be accessed via smartphones and tablets, which will be helpful for our traveling workforce. Screens automatically adjust based on your mobile device and most transactions you can perform from a computer can also be performed on your mobile device.
